Richard "Hawk" Scherzer, and his wife Judy, have lived in the Bend area for more than 30 years. He was the Director of Skiing and Marketing Manager at Mt. Bachelor until 1991. After leaving the ski industry he began his active Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate.
In 1992, and for the next 14 years, he helped to initially open, then manage Broken Top, a private Real Estate/Golf Community in Bend, serving as the Assistant General Manager, before leaving at the end of 2005 to pursue his Real Estate career full time.
