Richard "Hawk" Scherzer, and his wife Judy, have lived in the Bend area for more than 30 years. He was the Director of Skiing and Marketing Manager at Mt. Bachelor until 1991.
In 1992, and for the next 14 years, he helped to initially open, then manage Broken Top, a private Real Estate/Golf Community in Bend, serving as the Assistant General Manager, before leaving at the end of 2005 to pursue his Real Estate career full time.

Roy and his family moved to Bend in 2000 from the Southwest Florida area of Naples & Marco Island and Ilse of Capri. Roy enjoys the Central Oregon outdoors with his family, often on a trail; riding, hiking, and camping. Roy has great depth of experience with new residential construction, especially skilled and knowledgeable in Solar Energy systems, and Energy Efficient design and construction techniques. BettyJean (BJ) has 10 years of real estate experience in beautiful Central Oregon. Mike and his wife Connie traded the beaches in San Diego for the beautifull Cascade Mountains in 1973. Living here that long qualifies him to be somewhat of an expert on Central Oregon. Mike's work experience includes, Parenting, Mt Bachelor for 19 years, Retail Business Consultant, Securities Broker, Wood Broker, Snowboard and Ski core Manufacturing, Account Executive for Orcom Software and Innoprise Software all culminating in his dream career as a Real Estate Broker.
